They already have Anthony Bennett and Tristan Thompson at PF.

Why do they need Earl Clark?

2nd year is a team option. No risk for Cleveland.

But, Clark and Bennett now join Tristan Thompson at PF. Seems like someone will get squeezed for minutes.

Lakers may be worse the we are, lol..they going to lose Howard (hopefully), Bryant coming off a bad injury, Nash is 40, no bench, and MWP is well, MWP

When you put it like that, they'll probably get Wiggins.

Always will work out for them.  Doesn't matter: get Dwight/ lose Dwight. Contenders in '14-'15 no matter what.

I think they are planning on using Anthony Bennett as an out and out three (SF).

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
Makes you wonder how good we got it signing jeff green to a 9 million dollar deal.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

Green gets paid $9M each year. Earl Clark gets paid $9M over the course of two years, with the second not even guaranteed. Not saying Green doesn't have a good contract, considering guys of his skillset get overpaid frequently (see: Rudy Gay). I think you might be a bit confused with the numbers though.

Don't know much about college players, so got no opinion of that regard.
