It seems like a lot has back fired since they made it to the Finals. I like OKC a lot and believe that it was a big mistake giving up harden, but their hands were pretty much tied there. I wonder who they are going to try and get as a 6th man for themselves.

I would be willing to do a deal with them getting them Rondo/Wallace/Lee

For

Westbrook/Perk and something else.

It would get them to valuable guys off the bench for them. I know would never happen. But who do you think they can get as their 6th man this year after Kevin Martin took off.

I think that OKC absolutely needs westbrook's scoring.  I can't see them dealing him that package.  No reason for them to take on Wallace's bad deal.  They will be alright once RW gets back.

Yeah but their bench is weak. Like Really weak. All they have right now is Russ and KD. Which i agree i was just kinda throwing it out there cause I would love Westbrook here, But they need to add something to that team. Ibaka doesn't show in big games, and they don't have a bench. I do think Rondo and KD would be a lethal combo. Russ and KD already are but I think they let each other get stagnant. When one is going then one holds back, and i don't think they can win a ring like that.

Rondo getting into the paint and getting KD the ball where he likes it is scary.

they wouldnt accept that trade in a million years. westbrook puts up close to kobe numbers in terms of volume production. Rondo on that team would murder the spacing that OKC creates for durant.  teams would leave rondo wide open and triple team durant.
and perk is an overpaid fraud.

I understand that this trade would never happen but OKC has to do something to get more depth or they won't beat the Clippers out west. Clippers have a nice team this year. and they keep adding to it.

Getting Reddick/Dudley to an already stacked bench was great move for them. OKC has reggie jackson on their bench. They need to do something not saying my trade is the best move but gets them a top 10 PG in the league along with bench help and a defensive/Hustle guy. Again i know this wouldn't happen!

I like JJ Reddick, but adding him doesn't make the Clippers completely unstoppable.  They lost bledsoe, so it is probably a push for them.  Doc probably does a better job than Vinnie, but it is the players themselves that have to make the leap.  I don't see the clippers making it past the 2nd round.  What has really changed with their team?

You still have the Spurs, Griz, Houston (if they get dwight), and OKC standing in their way.

Yeah, OKC needs to upgrade their bench or just find a reliable 3rd scorer.  But there is a lot of other competition they should be worried about other than the clippers.

Very true i am just saying the Clips for example because they are young and competitive just like the Thunder. I just think they need help.

I think Reggie Jackson is going to establish himself as one of the best reserve guards in the league next year. They still have Nick Collison too who is a very strong backup PF/C.

That gives them two high level bench players and a very strong 7 man rotation. A few minimum contract specialists around that and Oklahoma will have enough depth to win an NBA Championship.
