I think with some good assistant coaches around him, he might be good for a young rebuilding team like the Celtics?

It's very difficult to jump from the NCAA to the NBA in coaching. Tom Crean is a great basketball coach though and he's in a great situation in Indiana. He's from the midwest, hes always been around the midwest, I just don't see him coming east.
