Tribute: Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce

So as most of you know, KG has agreed to waive his no-trade clause to become a Net with Paul Pierce. I understand that we are rebuilding and that a trade like this is necessary for us to rebuild because it got us 3 first round picks. But it's so hard to let them go. I really love watching KG and Pierce play together in Green. They won a championship here together in 08 and fought together in 2010 in their 2nd NBA finals. Deep down I know that they were gonna get traded but I really don't want to see that happen.

I know I'm going to have trouble sleeping tonight cuz these two are my favorite two Celtics to watch (I was too young when the original big 3 retired so sorry). KG and PP gave their heart and soul to the Celtics, so I will wish them luck!
