Rondo is ready to be the man. It's his time and he knows it. I bet he's slightly emotional, but it MUST be an empowering feeling. The good times don't last forever - and he saw first hand how much age has impacted his mentors.

Rondo is ready.

Rondo needs to take a page out of CP'3s book......

how coax SUper star players to your team....

He need s to chum up to ALL the best top 10 players and whisper

"come be on my team " in their ear at every opportunity

This seems to be the "NEW" approach to building a team.

The power has shifted to the players in regards to team building

doc called rondo the smartest player i've ever coached

if the deal is done he''ll be fine, suddenly we go to a tommy ball fast breaking team with lots of youth, should be fun to watch
sign a big shooting guard with range (reddick) and this team has promise, expect big years from green and sully, hopefully bradley hits his stride

Reddick is a big shooting guards?  At 6'4"?
in comparison to bradley, terry, delonte and the list goes on......
