Toronto already traded their first to OKC this year, I don't think they're gonna pull another "stupid" :P

I would settle for a future first in a couple of years.  Or they could give us Telfair, who would not be a horrible back up PG.

If we can get Bargs AND another piece like Ross, Gray or a pick I'd jump all over that if all we are sending back is our trash.

Am I missing something? The Kings dumped Thomas Robinson...and maybe he is broken goods...but why would the Raps give up a lottery pick in a very good draft?

I'd be fine with Bargnani for Bass and a guard. They send out their losing culture, we send out our glue guys. They improve their culture, we potentially get the last bit of talent we desperately need.

So, yes, I agree with you on that point. Why the hell not if we're ridding Bass and one of our twenty off-guards.

They wouldn't that was just the hypothetical put forward by the OP. Ross is beyond a pipedream, but I think Aaron Gray or a 2nd rounder could be a possibility depending on how badly they want to get rid of Bargs (and I saw one Raptor's fan suggest they trade him for a used condom).

I think it'd be nice to get Gray as a sweetener for taking on Bargs' contract. He is basically the opposite of Bargs since he is only useful in the paint, decent rebounder, below average D because he lacks athleticism. He'd be a solid-ish rotational big for a team starved for size and not a big deal for the Raptors to throw in.
