with Z-BO talk i decided to go crazy wiith it!  :o

 enjoy  ::)

so............basically

Grizz out: zbo and conley
IN: rondo, bass, caron butler, bradley

Clips out: butler, jamal crawford, jordan, bledsoe
IN: KG, pierce, jordan crawford

BOS out: rondo, bass, KG, Pierce,  Jo.Crawford, bradley
BOS IN: Conley, bledsoe, Zbo, Jordan, Ja. Crawford

Why:

Clips get their 2 guys, a win now opportunity, AND some cap relief the following year

lineup:
Cp3
Crawford
pierce
griffin
KG
they still have $ for FA

Memphis: butlers expiring contract, Rondo upgrade over Conley(most would say) Bass would be a nice backup  for Ed Davis, and save some $$$

lineup:
rondo
Tony Allen(resign)
Prince
Davis
Gasol

BOS: implode and reload

lineup:
Conley/bledsoe
lee/terry/crawford
Green
ZBO/sully
Jordan

why not:

clips: lose 2 many pieces for small window

Grizz: doesnt want to trade Conley, more for Z-bo? no SG

BOS: only does it if wanting to implode and get a fresh look, no backup to Green

if a team says no to this craz overhaul. it would be the grizz....i'd throw in bradley if that would sweeten the deal

this trade idea came from the idea that memphis may wanna pull a rudy gay and trade ZBo for $$$. I dont think we have the pieces to do it but Rondo(stardom and talent) might appeal to the small market team, they free up some money thanks to butler's expiring and bass isnt awful, rotation of bass Gasol and Davis, is decent......i still would throw in bradley i suppose if that helped

Rajon Rondo and Marc Gasol would be a fun combination.

I used to love Kenny Anderson and Arvydas Sabonis together in Portland. They ran a beautiful two man game with Sabonis' high post play and Special K's dribble penetration and playmaking.

There's no way we'll ever get Gasol... not even for our whole roster.
Jeff Green - Top 5 SF

[Kevin Garnett]

Shaq wrecked havoc with Rondo. Old Shaq who's had several down years since his Miami days. Rondo would also have a fast break partner in Tony Allen.

This team will be comparable to the Celtics defensively...but I can see it being more consistent offensively as well.

An offense completely reliant on mid-range jump shots is gonna stink. Rondo has made this shipwreck sail for years without credit in my opinion.

they can't shoot to save their lives, as far of defense, Rondo stinks, and Tony made some progress with his finishing still has problems dribbling the ball and with layups
