Should Jeff Green start at 4 vs Heat? Vs every team?

Green shouldn't start. Especially not against Miami. Battier and James will start, so when they sit, which would most likely be around the same time, who is going to be the swingman that covers Green? Miller? In a series James going head to head vs a fresh Pierce and Green will be a very daunting task.
