Kid has quietly put up two great pre season performances in a row now. Something guys like xmas couldn't do in several games.

Joseph as we saw yesterday is a high flyer and loves to dunk those alley hoops. Its a nice part of the team that we haven't had since Gerald Green/Nate Robinson. But also i really like that he is calm out there, making good passes, getting rebounds and not playing out of his means. I would like to see him  drive more, but i'm sure it will come as he becomes more comfortable and improves his handling. Also plays willing defense and utilizes his quickness well.

He should definitely make the team. Anyone else notice the good and the bad about him?? whats his projection in the league and who does he remind you of?

He's the 15th man on a 15 man roster. Just how much talk are you expecting on the guy?

There's a good reason to focus in on him, he's the thrid string 3 atm.  Collins & Melo are more likely the 14th/15th men.

That said, if playes stay healthy none of these guys are getting minutes this year.

Or, if players stay healthy this year, it may be because these guys did get minutes and everyone gets a little more rest, or a game off here and there.

imo he has potential to help out this team sooner than later.

Like Sullinger plays with much more composure than a rookie would.

I see Jeff green at times struggle to guard , faster sf's , than Joseph could get some chances on the court.

If our top 8 players can get the leads that they should be capable of. Then this kid has a chance to get some burn and help hold the leads.  I like him and I think his game is more suited for the NBA than it was college.

If he continues to progress he could make a starting SF in this league some day.

I agree with most in that KJ has the potential to be contributing to the cause THIS year if he gets the chance.  He has some of the same maturity that Sully has.  KJ looks like he belongs, he just need to get minutes.

If we have to grind out every win by just a couple points like we did the last few years, I don't think he is going to get the pt though.

I think the biggest problem with that is our stacked roster, and Jeff Green needing minutes.

KJ has looked good to me in minutes he has been able to get. He certainly isnt ready but it is intriguing to see him play well in the minutes hes been given... I thought he was going to be a lanky swing 3/4. He is alot smaller than I thought he was going to be.

Well they list him at 6'7", but he might seem a bit smaller.

One online source says he is 6'8".  Either way I never saw him as a 4.  Way  too small and not enough strength.  I guess I saw him as a wing 2/3.  He seems to have some good quickness for his size.  It would be great if he could eventually play some 2 and give us a size advantage for a change.

I like his game.  He is a heady player.  I dunno how he is going to get playing time this year without an injury to PP or JG, but I hope doc finds some mintutes to allow him to develop as a player.  It would be great if he could be a backup to JG once PP retires.
