In two years, the Lakers sign-and-trade Gasol, along with a protected pick, to Minnesota for Kevin Love. There is no question in my mind that this is going to happen.
Lakers (I don't believe) will have a pick to trade, and further, how in the world would it be possible for Minnesota's best option be to S&T Love for a 34yo Gasol. Of all the things legitimately to worry about, this is not one.
