I think this is a great idea, even though it looks like Mayo is landing in Phoenix. Lee could be signed outright, that's a better roster than the one we had last year.

You are correct. We CANNOT trade Green even if we wanted to, b/c the rules say they had to be on your team to end last season, he was not.
