Conspiracy or not? I believe the Celtics organization always tries to have one white player on the team. Is it some kind of white affirmative action or they feel the fans want to see one Representative that "looks" like them? Either way they always end up holding on to a bad white player and then when they leave, grab up another one.

That being said, Stiemsma is probably one of the best in years.

I know a lot of people won't like this post, but there seems to be a distinct pattern that started back when Bird and Mchale retired.
