So Ray wants us to believe Rondo was part of the reason he had to run away and join the Heat. And   People keep playing right into this by mentioning how it must be so hard to deal with Rondo.

If it is so hard to deal with Rondo why did KG come back?  Why did Bass and Jeff Green come back?  What about Pietrus and Doolings desire to come back?

Maybe the issue is more personal to Ray.  The issue being his jealousy.

Being soft and having a big ego was RA problems.

No Rondo is not the problem.   Ray was the problem.   He lost a step or two this year before his injury.  Sounds like his antics were more of a distraction.  Bradley earned that spot.  It was up to Ray to earn it back.  He could have had it back this year, letting Avery play defense with Jet off the bench.  Oh well.  He thinks the Heat are better.  I really hope they don't repeat.  It would be awesome if they cant do it until after Ray is gone, but I know I am asking for a lot.

If Rondo was truly the problem, KG wouldn't have come back.

Rondo was NEVER the problem.

But what I think is missing here is that none of these players are perfect.

We need to remember that there was a fair number of folks here that were clamoring to see Rondo traded at one time - for various issues (can't shoot, moody, etc).

Even the greatest players have their faults.

Rondo certainly has some.
