I know that if I am blamed for being the reason a co-workers bails on the firm I would do all in my power to make sure that the loss of the co-worker does not hurt the firm.

The most significant way Rondo can do this is to improve on his biggest deficiency, the jump shot, which coincidentally is what is lost with the departure of he who shall not be named.

I agree.  I also believe that his teammates will have his back, which certainly helps.

  • It's what I do! It's who I am!
Rondo certainly made solid strides in the postseason when it comes to consistency and confidence.

I'd still like him to improve his free throws first, as I think it would allow him to be even more aggressive. I felt like he shot so much better from the line in the postseason, but it was only 69% lol. Lets all hope he improves soon.

I definitely hope he uses this as motivation. If Pierce starts slowing everything down and stops playing D and gets all pouty if Jeff Green clearly beats him out and cries if he's put on the trading block I hope Rondo treats him the same way he treated Ray.
And I hope that motivates PP to step up his game instead of taking less money to take the easy way out

I think he should just do what he can to make sure Terry can easily pick up Ray's scoring slack and not try and make up for all of Ray's scoring on his own. If you read some of the articles, someof the problem seemed to be Rondo, some of it was related to PP and KG, and some to Bradley.
