If this is are sixteen celtics coming in who do you cut and  Who is are top twelve on the roster including Avery. It's a pretty complete roster if steamer and Mayo come here.

 Melo Garnett Sean Williams Steamer

 Sullinger Bass J.J.

 Pierce Green Kris Joseph Pietrus

 Rondo Bradley Terry Mayo Dooling E. Moore

I would cut Moore, Joseph and Sean Williams. No interest in more projects. The team has enough already. I want Danny to bring in proven NBA performers in their place.

Kris, Dooling, and JJJ (I'd like to keep but wouldn't be mad if not) are all players I could cut w/o losing sleep to bring in Mayo and MP3(Pie) if need be!

If we get Mayo, Pietrus is not staying I can tell you that much already. I think Steamer is a gonner myself. Moore would probably be gone. I don't know anything about Kris Joseph so don't have an opinion. Dooling will probably be gone to, and probably be involved in anything that would land us Mayo.

we're not getting Mayo (nor Miracle Whip) since JET is getting the MLE.  moot point.

Sean Williams would be the first cut.  I'm not sure between Moore and Joseph; it depends upon what they each show in summer league.
