Gerald Wallace possible S&T to Atlanta? (Idea)

Just thinking out loud here, but, I wonder if the reported Wallace deal could be a part of a trade to Atlanta for Joe Johnson.

Nets would obviously need to put in something else talent wise. Atlanta though, even though Wallace is not worth the reported amount of the contract, would be getting decent replacement talent in Wallace for the money they would be saving on Johnson.

Maybe just outright signing Wallace is the Nets back-up plan?

Yeah, I guess the thing I wonder about is how do the Nets intend on getting those three and then adding Howard?  I have to imagine they still despeartely want Howard considering he says he only wants to play there.  I just don't know how they could get all 4 money wise.

Billy King is a terrible GM so don't think with too much logic.  Seriously.

I think they made a terrible move with Wallace and are now eating it to save face on his new contract.  Chad Ford said there was no one offering Wallace 3 years at $24 mill no matter 4 at $40 mill, and I believe that.

I don't know why they are ruining their Dwight chances but they apparently don't care.
