  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
Krstic is reportedly leaving CSKA.

Paul Flannery:

Quote
Nenad Krstic is leaving CSKA Moscow (via @SportandoBasket). C's still have his bird rights.

Not sure how much he'll command but I would like him back. Give him a training camp, full season. He's easy scoring under the rim and rebounding. Might be out of our price range but worth a crack IMO.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

I'd really like Curly back, he'd be a terrific backup center. If he's healthy, he's a decent player. I'd prefer him over the Steamboat.

Shooting Guard: Paul Westphal, Paul Pressey

  • Ashy To Classy, baby.
Hopefully he brings that European attitude back with him. And by that I mean I hope he hits someone with a chair again. I'm pro-chair, and pro-getting a decent center.
My pic is now, and will be Fab Melo until he posts his first official NBA dbl-dbl. This may be permanent.

Ugh, I hope they renounce him.  His cap hold is more harmful than any positive on court contributions he can make for the Celtics.  He's too immobile to keep on the court against speed teams, which is what most of the top teams are now.

if we can get camby, krstic back, allen back, and green back, we'd be solid. bass back as well would be icing on the cake.

lets say he is too slow, then we can bench him again, but we need a big like him to save KG some minutes. he gives us center depth so we dont have to rely on a college freshman fab melo

So is Steamer.

rather sign krstic for 2 years than bass for 4, if bass only wants 3, I pay bass extra and give him the extra year.
