Likely the cs just offer full MLE money unless both Bass and Ray sign with other teams, Jeff green's salary could also impact things.

wouldn't Dallas just match that though not sure how that works or if they want to keep him, watch the Raptors or some bonehead team cash him out big time lots of these teams are probably waiting on Rays decision

Yes, but he has said publicly that he will allow the Mavs to match any offer made.  At this point in his career he will pretty much only go to a contender, which gives us a puncher's chance.  Really, though, I think it's very unlikely that the Mavs wouldn't match our MLE offer.

My understanding of the cap rules is limited, but I believe we can't offer any more than the MLE b/c of cap holds that are pushing us over the cap.  And I know that we certainly cannot do so until Allen, Green, and Bass's contracts are dealth with.
