if so can we sign and trade multiple players in one deal?
if so, how about ...kristic, bass and a 2013 pic for either Josh smith or ilyasova or al jefferson.

(each has merit and failings, but any one would these guys would improve the team)

We have Krstic's Bird rights.

We can't sign-and-trade him, because he wasn't on our roster at the end of last season.

I don't want him back for personal reasons. When I found out the center in the Perk trade was the European chair guy, I was pumped.

But, even after Rondo's injury, he did nothing to Wade.

Disappointment on so many levels.
My pic is now, and will be Fab Melo until he posts his first official NBA dbl-dbl. This may be permanent.

Nenad Krstic has a buyout clause in his contract with CSKA Moscow, but he'd have to pay $1 million to return to the NBA in 2012-13.Krstic jumped on an offer worth about $8.2 million over two years, a decision that seems wise with the NBA season in jeopardy. Any NBA team could contribute $500,000 toward his buyout, but the rest would need to be paid by Krstic. Fri, Sep 16, 2011 06:17:00 PM  Source: SheridanHoops.com

Nenad Krstic is undecided about a potential NBA return.Krstic reportedly had an offer from the Nets for next season, but he hasn't made a decision on his future. "I have the NBA option, but I'm happy in CSKA too, I will see what happens," he said. Krstic spent this season playing with CSKA Moscow. Jun 8 - 9:09 AM  Source: HoopsHype on Sulia

Based on these reports, I don't know, he doesn't seem all that motivated to come back to the NBA.  We would have to pay him around $5M to cover his russian salary plus his share of the buy out.  NJ has the Russian owner connection. Plus, I am not sure he is the kind of center we need.  Since we do have Bird rights, I guess we can sign him for $5M if we want to (assuming NJ isn't offering more).  I wonder what NJ is offering.

Given that we have signed KG, and assuming that we sign Ray and Jeff Green, I'm not sure we are going to get a better FA center than if we just re-sign those to which we have rights: i.e.: Krstic.

For a center, he'd be a bargain if we could get him at $5M a year. If the Cs bring him back at a $5M/yr, 3 year deal, I'd be quite happy.

A full offseason/training camp with the Cs would integrate him much better than his initial run with the team.

Kevin Garnett and Paul Pierce did nothing to Wade either, any particular reason why you're personally picking on Krstic?

I was joking (kind of) because Nenad busted a chair over some dudes head overseas a few seasons ago.

*Also, how do you post youtube videos properly on here?*

#15 from the opposing team, was that Sweetney? Sure looked like him based on the girth....
Should make for an interesting training camp (assuming Krstic is resigned and Sweetney is given his annual training camp invite).

EDIT:
I'd added something about Michael Sweetney that seems to have been deleted. Doesn't matter anymore.
Cheers and good night.

Oh, I've seen this. That, and Darko's outburst (which is both disgusting and hilarious, if you understand the language).

That Serbian team is one of a kind.

Too skinny if you ask me, but that would be funny.
