i know we have jeff, but danny would be able to do a S&T with jeff and bass to get a center so the kid could back up PP.

I would be happy to take him with one of the draft picks. Or if necessary, to include a small asset (cash and/or second round pick) to trade up a few picks and get him.

I wouldn't trade both first round picks though.
