Nice to see a Worcester boy (and fellow St. John's High alum) making the big time.

Quote
ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- The Orlando Magic have hired Rob Hennigan to be the team's new general manager.

Hennigan spent the past four seasons with Oklahoma City, including the past two seasons as the Thunder's assistant general manager/player personnel. Prior to joining the Thunder, Hennigan spent four seasons with the San Antonio Spurs.

"Rob is an astute strategist and evaluator of talent who comes to the Magic family from two championship-level organizations," Orlando Magic Chief Executive Officer Alex Martins said. "We feel he is an outstanding fit and the right choice to lead our basketball operations team in achieving our championship goals."

Hennigan replaces Otis Smith. The Magic will need to find a new head coach after firing Stan Van Gundy last month.

I read he's only 30 years old, high school class of 2000.  So how many of you feel behind in life right now?

I bet he didn't waste his time blogging about hypothetical trades and draft picks and what not  ;)

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

Tell me about it.  I was a year ahead of him in high school.

Definitely jealous and feeling behind.  :P
