Mentally speaking, which players best fit into the Celtics culture?

Some posters bring it up in discussing potential draftees.  It's been brought as a reason why this season's team may have overachieved.  Ubuntu.  This team is like a family.  Things like that.

So, among players with at least a decent outside shot of being drafted in the first round, and completely ignoring on-court ability, which players fit best into the culture of the team and might be expected to thrive and be more likely to reach their potential (whatever that may be) on the Celtics rather than on another team?  Which players fit poorly into the culture of the team and would probably do better at maximizing their potential if drafted by another team?

Any of the Kentucky kids would seem to fit into "ubuntu", as all of them have sacrificed their individual games to win a title.

I could be wrong but I think Sullinger has that mentality.  seems to be the type to do whatever it takes to win.  hard-nosed and comes to play.
