This was posted by the author on our Facebook.  I thought it was a pretty good read (even if it focused on Bill Sharman's work as the Lakers' coach and GM).  A lot of stuff I didn't realize about the Hall of Famer.  Quite the career.  Enjoy and give Davie some feedback.

Well that is quite the read. It's interesting just how many Celtics and other former players of the era went on to coach. Shows you that they had a mind for the game and a high basketball IQ.

He was a great shooter and defender.....the Celtics backup guards to him and Cousy were Sam and KC Jones
