Alright folks, we got another game to win

Two nights ago was magical.  I haven't felt that happy after a win in a LONG time, at least since 2010 playoffs.  But for those of us who have always believed this team can win another championship, two nights ago means nothing.  The Celtics haven't won anything yet.  And worse, if Miami is able to steal one tonight, the C's will face a very uphill battle in game 7.

The up-side of the Celtics' gritty, defensive-minded heart attack-inducing style of postseason play is that nobody takes anything for granted.  Every game is a battle.  As fans, let's keep that mindset because we can't forget that despite all of the talking points surrounding the Heat, they have 2 of the best players in the league and remain a very good team.

I seriously have had knots in my stomach all day.

I don't know if I can even watch this game.  We are at home so I have faith that is not the issue.

I just feel kind of ill about the whole situation.

I'm pretty confident that we'll take this tonight-barring an officiating repeat of game 2. Wade and James are going to try to win this by themselves which plays into our hands. If they don't get a role player to step up, they are going to be in for a long night.

Last game showed me that these guys are ready to go and they smell blood. Rondo is going to have a big, big game tonight.

You always knew the key to beating the Heat would be to get inside their heads and demoralize them.  This is what the Celtics thrive at.  We literally have them right where we want them.  I am hoping for a monster game from Pierce, with Rondo and KG playing their usual brilliant selves.

I understand this feeling, but honestly I don't think any of us should feel nervous about this game.

The pressure, all 1.8 x 10^9 kilo-Pascals of it, is squarely on Miami.

That does not mean the C's should not be desperate.  If we go to Miami for Game 7 I do not think we will win (giving us a "win" in Game 2, that would be 3 road wins in the series, a crazy accomplishment that I would bet against.) They should play fearless.  They should play hungry.  They should play like this is their last stand.

But...we should be CONFIDENT they will give it there all.  I believe the C's will put up a good fight tonight, and Miami must beat them to take this series back home.  They will not give it away, nor will our home crowd.

rondo and pierce are NOT having terrible games again, not at home, not with our whole season basically on the line as this is a MUST WIN for us YET AGAIN. They know that.
