4 in a row?

What are you talking about? 4 in a row?

The only thing I see is a game 6 tomorrow night in Boston, Massachusetts. Four in a row? Nope. ONE game. THURSDAY NIGHT. IN BEAN TOWN. ONE GAME. Win? Our 3rd trip to the NBA finals in 5 years. ONE game, folks. ONE game.

We MUST win game 6. They must take the life out of this team now. Kill them.

We all know what happened the last time Boston had to play a game 7 on the road.

What's more likely. Celts beat Heat 4 in a row or Celts can win Game 7 in Miami if it goes back there? Ready go!
if not for some truly bad officiating in game 2, it would have been 4 wins in a row already

Since they were down 2-0 my thinking has gone like this:

Game 3:  was certain they'd win that one, but knew if they lost it was all over.

Game 4:  felt pretty good about their chances, but knew if they lost it was all over.

Game 5:  felt we had a fighting chance based the success of the prior 2 (really 3) games, , but felt if they lost it was all over.

Game 6:  I feel great about their chances, , but feel if they lose it's all over.

Basically, my feeling has been since we went down 2-0 that we need to win this thing in 6.  I don't like our chances in a Game 7 in Miami (especially now that it would come on the heals of a Game 6 loss at the Garden).

I have a feeling the Celtics have felt this sense of urgency too.  They played Game 5 like it was Game 7.  I have full confidence they'll approach tomorrow night the same way and have the same result.

It's got to be Celtics in 6.
Yup

Yup.

Winning 4 in a row is very tough.

Winning 1 game at home? Not so tough.

Wins 1, 2, and 3 are over, done, in the past. Worry about this ONE game.

I think the Celtics really need to come out tomorrow night and just step on their throats in the first quarter..

the Miami Heat are a front-running team. if we hit them hard early I think they will cave. I think the C's sense the urgency in winning game 6 at home in the garden and I expect them to come out with a purpose.

Truthfully I see 4 in a row.
The Celtics have outplayed and outhustled the Miami Heat since Game 1 (the Celtics were shooting horrible and had a rough start yet they still came back and won) and they're coming back home smelling blood in the best way possible to finish them off.
I don't think they want a game 7 and for sure don't want to see a Game 7.

Don't need to win 4 in a row... just need to win 1.
Offense sells tickets, Defense wins games, Rebounds win championships.
