I watch, listen and read all about the refs, bad calls, poor second halfs, The bench is good, the bench sucks, Doc is a great coach, Doc is trying to lose the series, Celts can't hold a lead.

All I know is it's 2-2, and it's a 3 game series. Most people outside Boston had this as a 5 game series. They were kind enough to give the Celts a game. I don't know what's going to happen, or who's going to win, but the Celtics have just as good a chance as the Heat and I'm pumped.

As KG would say... Let's Do This.

Go Celts.

Like John Barry said the celts have outplayed the cheat in the last 3 games. In miami we have to get everybody going to the rack no if's, and's, or but's and draw fouls because miami will get theirs I have no doubts. Our problem is not playing smart on offense in crunch time. Need to hold leads and finish teams. Defense has to find a way to hold leads when KG goes out for rest.

John Barry's analogy was EXACTLY what I said prior to this series after I watched the Cheat-Pacers series. Lebron is a great star who will get his points. But if you slow down and limit Wade you can beat this team. Bosh coming back is the X factor. Will it help or hurt Wade and Lebron?

Celts need to keep going deeper into the bench and use our young legs for defense and for running fast breaks. Put in Moore along with Dooling and Daniels so Allen, Rondo and Pietrus can rest. Keep those guys fresh and you can run all night.  Maybe running with the young legs will help put pressure on Miami and take pressure off of our D when KG is out? thoughts?
LET'S GO CELTICS!

Is there any Celtics fan on the planet who would not have taken this scenario at the beginning of the season, tied 2-2 in the ECF against Miami??

no, you are correct. Although we should be up 3-1, I really thought it would be quite hard to win two straight at home, both being MUST WIN games which they were and I stated as much here. This is partly why I was so upset after game 2. We desperately needed a split in case we got a split at home. well, well, look where we are....

I just hope our confidence is flowing and these guys now know they can beat Miami even in miami after the performance we put up in game 2. Keep treating the next game as a must win. Win game 5 and break the miami cheats wills.demoralize them. get in their heads with a 3rd straight victory!  Then take care of business and close out at home in 6! Celts win 4 straight and shock the world! Would that be something or what??

Quite honestly, this was my expectation.  I expected to be down 0-2 and claw back.  Now the hard part begins- winning in Miami.

bottom line: win or lose, I'm proud of this team

That's what I'm saying. To be honest, I thought the Celtics were going to be around a 500 teams, probably get into playoff and lose in first or second round. Than all the injuries started and I wasn't sure they would even make it out of the first round, and now look at where they are.

I will say i don't buy the they should be 3-1 thing. Who knows what would have happened in games 3 and 4 if the Celtics won game 2? But it doesn't matter because here they are. 2-2 in the ECF.

They have exceeded my expectations by far.

Now go finish this amazing season.

All speculation of course, but my guess is if they'd won #2 they'd have let up just enough to lose either #3 or #4, so they'd be in the same spot now anyway.

I expected that too, but what I am really getting at is what many fans felt about the team before and during the season.

Remember all of the "blow it up" crowd?  WHERE YOU AT NOW?
