Seriously, we know this guy isn't 100%, but so much was made about him being better off not playing at all by some, or that he's a bum or that he's done and can't contribute in his current condition, but this guy this series has been really gutting it out for us. He has gotten better and better since he started doing his full pre-game routine again, something he apparently cut down on at the request of the coaching staff.
I mean, there are so many players to be happy with on this team, but for what Ray means to this team, I'm just happy to see him not having to endure a series where he's potentially out on the court hurt, and incapable of doing positive things to help his team.
I'm so happy for the guy. Give it up for Ray. Guy is willing to end whatever few years could be left on his career for the team.
