Totally not fair on his part. If he doesn't suit up, he's deemed as a wuss. But that would be the smartest move. But he if suits up, he's "gutsy" but might risk further injury.
Honestly, I don't see us as a threat for the title going up against Spurs or Thunder. I'd rather save Bradley for the future, let him heal. The injuries he has sound serious.
Then if he suits up but doesn't play well he either isn't that good (washed up if you're older) or is putting his team at risk (see Ray Allen). Even if he does play well it doesn't matter because "that's what he's supposed to do...everyone's banged up."
If you get hurt you're in a no win situation. The only way to win is to play as well as you normally do and don't talk about the injury, which gets harder and harder depending on the severity of the injury.
