I am a Rondo fan, but knowing how he approaches things, he'll probably have a slow start and underestimate Holiday/Williams.

I think he'll be great and shoulder some of the load this round. He's gotta know he wasnt that great in the last series and with all our guys gimpy/probably still drained he has got to show up.

This is the playoffs. Rondo will bring it. Everyone's down on him but he consistently outplayed Teague who everyone is suddenly high on for his great showing in round 1...

I'm sure if they hit jump shots or get transition points it'll be Rondos fault.

Then Bballtim will answer his personal bat signal and it'll be on.

Haha. I know it's picky, but I think the person Rondo's guarding at the time should have to score before it's his fault.

And I was going to stay out of this thread...

That's illustrative, given the number of times Teague broke the Celtics' interior defense down after Rondo waved goodbye to him out front.

Poor defense on the distributor hardly requires the point to score to be bad defense.
Coined the CelticsBlog term, "Euromistake."

Yeah, that was happening 2-3 times a game, give or take. What a disaster...

You know when Avery Bradley's fully arrived when he gives up two penetration attempts due to going for a steal and gets a thread or two mid game about it.

You know its coming next year.

Not if he's hitting his outside shots and free throws.
