How about Stiemsma's rebounding? Pretty solid for the first NBA playoff games of his career.  The big stage doesn't seem to bother him.  Looks like he is improving.  This guy just needs to play.  He gets better the more he plays. We need help on rebounding and he seems to be trying to address that with his recent play.
