Ray Allen is not walking through that door.

Dude is hurt.   We have shot bad or they have defended the line well.   But it has very little to do with Ray.

Ray is huge for us but we haven't shot that bad from 3 without him during the season have we?

Ray Allen shot 45.3% on threes.  Without him, the rest of the team shot 34.1%.  The league average was 34.9%.  Pietrus and Pierce had below their career averages in 3P% for the first time in years.  The Celtics do have a bit of a weakness in a lack of non-wing three-point threats.

By "that bad" I meant the 3-20 or whatever we are in this series. I think we need Ray Allen but don't think shooting 10% on 3's is because we don't have him but more about the so because we are just shooting terribly. We don't normally shoot 10% from 3 when Ray is out of the lineup
