Easy choice, HELL NO!

LAL are dreadfully close to us in total titles, we have to maintain proper allegiance here.

With that in mind...I'd root for the Lakers.

The way the Heat were constructed is disgusting to me. I hate the way the players have so much power.

I understand it's a "superstars league" but to me the Heat stand for everything that's wrong with the game today.

I agree.  I still root for team ball, even though everyone tells me that all you need is the game's biggest superstar to win championships.

I hate the superstar worship of the NBA, and I despise the Miami Heat.

Honestly if Boston doesn't win this year (which I don't think will ever happen), I'd rather just see Miami win it and Lebron to have one of the best finals ever.  I'm just so tired of hearing about Lebron not being able to win the big one.
2025 Historical Draft - Cleveland Cavaliers - 1st pick

Starters - Luka, JB, Lebron, Wemby, Shaq
Rotation - D. Daniels, Mitchell, G. Wallace, Melo, Noah
Deep Bench - Korver, Turner

Outside of the C's, I'd root for Miami to win it all.

I can't stand the Bulls and the Derrick Rose lovefest.

I can't stand the Lakers and their beefy frontline, moronic headcoach and Kobe's smug attitude.

Well if the Heat were seven time defending champions playin the Lakers to win there 8th ring in a row, I would tie a rope around my neck and jump off the Space Needle.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

I'd cheer for the Lakers so hard that I'd be offering to carry Kobe into the arena so he didn't have to waste any energy with walking..

The Heat seem to have a lot more fans this year than last.  I guess folks are starting to forgive that "decision" debacle.

It would be amusing though after phil jackson's comment about an asterisk next to San Antonio's 1999 title if the lakers won the title in a shortened season.

There's no way in hell the fakers come out on top in the west! Not going to happen.

No there will be no problem rooting against Lebron and the Heat!

That's how I feel.  Sure Ramon Sessions is an upgrade at point guard but point guard was just one of their problems.  They've won a few in a row and now everyone is talking about them getting to the finals.  Once they lose a couple it will be back to the fire Mike Brown talk.

The only way I would root for the Lackers is if ther OTHER team in the Finals was about to tie or break the Celtics record for most NBA titles. Even then, I would probably be a little sick from it.
