- believes you build through the draft , especially because of luxury tax

-  On Kaman: Doesn't know if he will be bought out

- Did anything come close to happening?

Yes as late as 2pm, but in the end it didn't work for both teams, wouldn't say what it was

- Says C's need at least one big body, says he will look through the d-league and waiver wire

- On the 2012 NBA Draft: Deep draft, no idea who will be in the draft as far as underclassman go so he doesn't know what he will be looking for in the draft

- KG playing great basketball as a center

- Not worried about seeds in the playoffs, just wants to get in and be healthy, doesn't matter if we play chi or mia in the 1st or 2nd round, just wants to get a shot at it .

- On JO wanting to be bought out : I haven't heard that from JO yet  , will talk to him tomorrow , could be bought out

- Rondo's in a good place , lots of the trade rumors weren't even true

segment 2 coming up after the break

Thanks, TP! Good to hear most of that, I generally agree with what he says. Really interested in what D-Leaguer or waiver guy he pulls outta his butt.

Part 2

- What will the team look like next year?

I don't know what the future holds for Ray and KG , might want to bring them back. We have a lot of opportunity and flexibility and draft picks

- Never wanted to trade big 3, but had to listen to offers , nothing tempting came about , not a certainty their career are over after this year

- On Dwight's decision : It's refreshing to see him be loyal to Orlando, interesting to follow from afar , likes the result      ( LIAR)

- Is LA better after trades: Yes sessions is an upgrade, thinks Jordan Hill is young and talented

- On NYK and Por firing coaches: They are great coaches, the league is fickle

- Thoughts on Indy's moves: Barbosa is an upgrade, proven scorer

- Bogut has a lot left if healthy, this trade opened up the door for Clay Thompson. Likes Udoh for Mil( me too)

  • Rondo doesn't believe in easy buckets...
I absolutely do think that Danny is happy with how the Howard situation worked out. Simply put the Celtics weren't in a position to attract Howard. With the D.Williams Nets likely out of the way and another offseason and season to prepare for his freeagency Danny has a chance to really get his pitch ready.

Good point. I have to say I'm happy that if he's not coming to Boston then stay in Orlando.
Peace through Tyranny

The bad news is we aren't going to be the only team gearing up to get him.
