'Twas nearly identical to every other time the Celtics have beat the Knicks in recent history. They just never fail to cause us harm. Pierce alone has probably taken several months off my lifespan.

I'm trying my hardest to be rational but all this game has done is remind me just how much I hate Paul Pierce, Rondo, Garnett and pretty much the entire Celtics organization.

funny how much they hate us, and we barely recognize them as an opponent..

in all seriousness, I have zero sympathy for those fans.  their team is going to be a monster contender when it all comes together for them.  tyson chandler, the afterthought, is an absolute vacuum machine down low.  if dwight howard moves out of the east and JR smith resembles what he did in denver, they have all-star potential at each position in the coming years.

but for now, I am loving it.

Great recap, Seth. Captures the essence, down to that foul air emanating from KG’s nostrils. He absolutely coward at the sight of Shumpert slamming him into oblivion.


Refs helped us? Okay, apart from the 99% of the games where refs tend to work against us and show it so openly, I thought this game refs sucked in all calls, not to mention not giving Pierce 4 fouls they gave the Knicks. Touch their player, you die. Kill Pierce, Doc gets a tech.
