If I understand this right either this planet formed completely differently than previously thought possible, or it exists differently than ever thought of and would represent a new class of planet.

I always wonder if aliens on other planets are also looking for planets...I can imagine them discovering Earth and adding it to another pile of planets dubbed, "Might have life, but probably not".
