Why won't doc just get it thru his head?

We have a 6'10 235 pound player  who can defend most bigs (did a great job on howard in the second magic game),he's young actually runs with rondo,rebounds the ball has a nice inside game. but doc still insist on keeping Jermaine in the starting line up i just don't get it. wilcox should start he's playing 100 times better than JO.
