Would Ainge or Mitch Kupchak make this trade?

Leaning towards no.....The Celts take on an extra 5 mill, which means another 5 in luxury tax. I don't think they can pay 10mill for a trade that doesn't clearly make them a lot better

This could be even more possible for the Lakers, because it gives them a better chance to land Howard in the off season.

I'm thinking I read that backwards the first time.  I'm not sure. Might depend on how they see Bynum's health

I don't want Matt Barnes anywhere NEAR a Celtics uniform. That guy is one of the biggest scumbags on the face of the planet and if you have any respect for the Green you'd never consider a trade involving him.

I'm not a fan of either deal.  I don't see Bynum as a player that can stay healthy enough to stay on the court.  I already know Rondo will play through pain

both players are up and down in their games.  the question for me is do I move a player that makes others on the team better but is capable of taking over a game from time to time OR to I want a player that needs to be set up by his teammates, doesn't make his teammates better and on a personal level, is a thug.

throwing in another all-star for LA while we get their scrubs, no thanks to either deal.

He's one of the dirtiest players in the NBA primarily. He tries to hurt guys out there. You only have to look at how many teams he has played for to get a view of how quickly he wears out his welcome in places. He has some talent, but not worth the drama and issues.
