No question, Doc is a top 3 coach in the NBA at least.

Well if you ask me there's not a coach i'd rather have in the whole league, not for this team. I think he's perfect for this team. I do wish he'd be just a little more flexible but nobody's perfect. For all the talk about how great phil jackson was he didn't seem like somebody who made great in game adjustments when i watched and doc's really good at those. And he stands up and fights for his guys another thing phil never did. Dunno why I'm draggin phil into this but there it is.

It's the coach but it is also the players.

When you have KG one of the greatest of all time saying right after the game in an interview that he will believe in Doc no matter what he says to him and that he'll listen to whatever he says is absolutely huge.

Coaches have to get their players to buy in and having a guy like KG buying in the way he does (like he's always done) it goes a long way.
