Then after the season, Wallace and Felton come off the books.

Then the Celts can land TWO max players.

Imagine next year the roster being DWill at PG, G Wallace at SF, Gasol at PF and Dwight Howard at C. Shooting guard could even be Joey Crawford and that's still a championship team.

Winning teams dont trade their first or second best players. Lakers wont trade Gasol unless its for howard... And Wallace is going nowhere especially for an older slower person of the same position. Love love love the idea of getting wallace and gasol, but its not happening with that deal.

Do not send Pierce to the Lakers.

Well, regarding Wallace not going anywhere for a slower person, not sure what you mean.

Pierce would be traded to LA, NOT Portland. Plus, I think Jamal Crawford makes G Wallace expendable.

Regarding the Lakers not trading Gasol for Pierce, I disagree.
I think they would do that in a heartbeat.

I'm going to ignore the part that says -9 wins for us, because getting G Dubs and Gasol wouldn't be too bad. LA gets absolutely screwed though. Not sure if Portland gets much better either.

Can't we just bring Gerald Green back?

Other 3 ways deals:

We get Ridnour, Henderson, Monroe for Bass, Wilcox, Dooling and we should add Bradley and Draft picks

Almost impossible but what if Detroit and Charlotte are looking for a top 4 in the draft?

There is no chance whatsoever Detroit would trade Monroe. Never, never, never....
