Is Doc in over his head?
He has to take some of the heat for not having this team better prepared. Yes he has only so much to work with; however the lack of D and the lack of rebounding has to have something to do with the loss of Thibs / Frank and Clifford Ray. Puzzling off season moves included a lack of new coaching hires and a lax approach to preparations by the coaching staff during the lock out.

it just isn't the same team as the one that use to win.  Only 4 of the players from 2008 remain and three of them are well over the hill.

I got a lot of respect for the people who have been a part of Doc's coaching staff, but everyone in a head coach's staff is replaceable.

The Celtics' biggest problem is conditioning. It's bad enough they are an old team, they are extra slowed by being out of shape.

Also, not having their top 5 in the league point guard, Rondo lol.
