How can we be this pathetic on offense

Ray Allen should be force fed as should Pierce, and Bass.  Ball movement is nice but the better player need more looks.  The offense has been a problem for 4 years and it was only overlooked because of our defense.  DOC needs to change it up.  Running Ray of screens all day seems to be our main strategy..   Let's open it up a bit...

Doc needs to improve...  No thibs and the defense has fallen off. 

Besides being a charming guy and good motivator he doesn't seem to be that great..
