@Gt2hvfriends Pierce just didn't feel like talking tonight. Kind of weird considering 1) the #Celtics won and 2) he had a decent game.

Is this PP just trying to avoid questions about being traded after the Adrian Wojnarowski article yesterday?

it does seem pretty strange,he always talks to the media after games

Probably just trying to avoid the rumors IMO. you gotta remember none of this has been sparked by the C's!

Also if something was up rumors naming players and teams would be everywhere

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
He was laughing and enjoying the blowout on the bench with the guys, so, no.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

He told the press he was declining interviews because he didn't want to talk about the trade rumors ... period. Nothing "up" but that, (and frankly, I don't blame him). Let's not stir this pot any more than it has been.
