We all know this can linger for a long time he's in a walking boot. This is a huge setback for Chicago.

Yowch!  Seems like Chicago is cursed with Turf Toe.  Boozer had it last year during the playoffs.

ouch, turf toe is usually something that lingers and doesnt go away...its a big blow because likely it can affect the way derick rose plays.

the bulls are going to need Rip hamilton/boozer to produce more if Rose is limited in any way

Maybe Rex Ryan can message it. He doesn't have any football games to prepare for in the next seven months.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

So he won't play friday? And is this a serious long term thing for Rose? I've heard of it but didn't know it was that serious
The Nets will finish with the worst record and the Celtics will end up with the 4th pick.

And Wade might have plantar fasciatis. Dont think I spelled that right lol. The east would be interesting if those injuries got bad around May. Both of those injuries linger.

Anyone around here going to be throwing pity parties for the Bulls and the Heat because their stars might have lingering foot pains?

Not me.

Lots can change between now and the playoffs.

We found that out the last two years. Other teams are finding that out now and will continue to.

Everything has gone right for the Heat and Bulls and Pacers and '6ers early on and not much right for us, the Fakers or Mavs. Things have changed and will continue to.

To paraphrase Mark Twain: "News of the Celtics Death seems to be a little premature."

Uh those Fakers are 8-4, first place in their division, and 3rd overall in their conference; kind of where I hoped we would be.  That's also 12 games they've already played, compared to 9 for us.  Imagine if the C's would have played 12 games already the way they're going.
