Still saddens me, really does. That was such a buzzkill David West was seemingly guaranteed to be a Celtic, next thing you know he's a Pacer...... That addition would of been so huge.... but hey I need to get over it right?????

Yeah, definitely a bit disappointing to think "what might have been".  Replacing JO and Pavlovic (as reported) with West would make this team so much better.

No crying over spilled milk, though.  The team we have is good enough to win if things go our way.

Very true. I agree with you that this team barring any set backs is good enough to win the title, but David West would have been SO sweet lol.

Yeah this team would have looked nice with David West here. But I think DA is still going to be aggressive and look for ways to significantly upgrade this team. Especially if things don't start looking up by mid to late January and early February. He knows what's at stake.

What, you didn't enjoy his no points scored, one rebound effort last night?

Seriously though, I knew when he said he "wouldn't ever make it" to New Orleans if he was traded there, I figured we were going to have a hard time with the deal. And we did, and I believe we'd be 2-0 right now with him instead of Jermaine to start the season had things worked out the way they should've.

We didn't get CP3, we didn't get DWest, but as they say, 'third time's the charm' so, maybe the next trade DA would try would be successful and better  than the two.. this year hasn't really been good to the Celtics (injuries and all), but come 2012 maybe things will really make a turn for the better.. I'm looking forward to next year!

I've actually seen someone cry over spilled milk, its pretty funny.

But I agree. If we had West and Green I think we would be back on par with MIA/CHI, with the only thing keeping us down being age.
