Now this may not be possible because of contract differences. But there is trade exception money of 400K for Harangody and Erden.  If he added those to the trade ( If we can ) I think it would work. I think this would shift the depth to where it is needed more.  Just a thought.

I don't know how the money matches up, and I don't think you can pair trade exceptions with players, but just on principle I like the idea. The primary goal at this point is to win now, and though I like Bradley, I don't think he's going to contribute in a big way -- his offense is almost nonexistent, and Boston has plenty of good defensive guards ahead of him -- whereas Randolph helps meet a real need: another big (6-11) who's young and athletic and has proven (though in somewhat-limited time) to be a decent scorer, rebounder and shot blocker.

  • Rondo = Good
Right, because the T-Wolves need another combo guard.

I really can't see that helping either team. Anthony Randolph is most certainly not worth a 1st round pick, and the T'Wolves already have a plethora of small guys that are better than Bradley.

they should be the first team entirely of point guards.

Unfortunately, this.

Perhaps if we give away Jajuan Johnson (which would be sad since I do like the kid a lot) alongside Bradley when Jajuan goes up in stock they'd like it more. Then we'd have to weigh whether an improved JJJ+Bradley+pick(s) is worth it as JJJ has some potential.

I try not to get all high and mighty about Celtics players being good and other players being bad, but this would not be a bad deal for Minnesota if it weren't such a bad fit. I'd say Avery Bradley and a 1st is certainly a strong enough value for Anthony Randolph. This is mostly due to the fact that Anthony Randolph is bad at the game of basketball.

I agree with everyone else, that they wouldnt do the deal, but if they did it would be great.  I'd love any trade hat flipped Bradley for a player that could fill one of our needs going forward.

Randolph clearly has issues, but he's also shown multiple times that he has the potential to be a dominant player.  Some times  when he plays he's nonexistent...then the next minute he does something absolutely unguardable.  If he were consistent he could be great...but since people have been saying that about him for 3 years without change, it probably wont come lol

Why does everyone like Randolph? If he was any good, he would be starting and i think this is his 4th team already. Theres a reason why and thats b/c he is no good
C/PF-Horford, Baynes, Noel, Theis, Morris,
SF/SG- Tatum, Brown, Hayward, Smart, Semi, Clark
PG- Irving, Rozier, Larkin

really? The Clippers have no space for Randolph with Love, they'd love to get a first round pick for him (although I bet someone else offers a higher one)

If you're going to propose a deal which another team would be stupid to accept, you might as well propose a deal with Minnesota because Kahn has shown he can be that stupid.
