Celts Need a Jacoby Ellsbury Season from Rondo

For those not familiar with Jacoby Ellsbury he finished 2nd in the MVP race this season, just a year after being labeled somewhat frail, untough, and expendable. He came back with a chip on his shoulder and had an incredible season.

Now no one has ever questioned Rondo's physical toughness, but the mental part has certainly come into play.  He is a star on the rise, yet he is the topic of every possible trade idea you could ever imagine because of his flaws.

Ellsbury went from nearly being run out of town, to an MVP caliber player.  The Celts dearly need Rondo to do the same.

In two very brief peaks during the preseason I like what I've seen.  I'd love to see Rondo take the next step and become the true leader that he's capable of being - AND do it as a CELTIC.
