You've got to think that Moore's still the 15th man on the roster. He's hasn't shown THAT much, and he'd be cheap to cut if the need arose. If, for example, JO were to get hurt and they felt the need to sign Pryzbilla or Dampier, Moore would probably be the odd man out.
Remember, last year both Semih and Harangody showed some ability in flashes (not necessarily in the regular season, but 'Gody looked good in preseason). When push came to shove and they felt the need to get reinforcements, they basically gave them away to the Cavs just to clear the roster spots.
