Active Player Rule?

Just wondering if the CBA allows for more active players than in the past.  I noticed 13 Celtics played tonight, which would not have been allowed before.

I saw somewhere it's just a temporary rule change due to the lockout and shortened camps.  The number of allowed dressed players will be reduced back down to the usual 12 at some point during the season.
