Should the C's try and bring him back? He was decently well for what playing time he got and he is what we're looking for this season (athletic, knows our system, can shoot the 3, will sign for vet min) I think bringing him back would be great end of the bench guy for us.

I'd bring him back.  He was cheap, looked pretty good in limited play last year, and already knows the system.  And that last part is a huge bonus with a two week preseason/training camp.

Doc emphasized that they have a whole new system this year.  But he does have chemistry with the core.
Regardless, I like Wafer.  He's also bulked up a little and should be on his way back to the US after one final game in Italy.  If the Celtics bring him back, it will be the first tine he's been back to the same team in consecutive years.
