Going a bit crazy here, but I see LSU controlling the game and winning easily (not domination, but not in the last second).  I have no real reason for what my gut says, but I'm going with the gut.

LSU 35
Bama 24

I'm a Bama guy, so I'm going with 27-13.

Can't say I'm much of a fan of either program.

I think Vegas has this thing just about right.

Alabama 24
LSU     20

Tough to predict the outcome of this one......

But my hunches tell me that LSU will pull this one out 24-21 in a classic that lives up to its hype........

Edit: Alabama scores the last minute TD and wins 28-24.... You did not think I would pick against Nick Saban did you?

Edit2: LSU returns the ensuing kickoff 99 yards and wins 31-28.... I lied in Edit:

Edit3: Alabama scores when Forrest Gump runs 78 yards on the games final play and wins 35-31 in the Greatest College game since Boise St beat Oklahoma in the Fiesta Bowl on the Statue of Liberty play.....

Oregon and Washington might be worth checking out afterwards.
The beatings will continue until morale improves

9-6 in OT.  Defensive struggle of defensive struggles. Pretty solid game overall.  Also had the exact opposite in the Big 12 with Okie State pulling out the goal line stand in the final minute to hang on 52-45.

That was one of the least entertaining sporting events I have ever watched...yet I couldn't turn away because of the stakes.

Two of the best defensive secondaries you will ever see at the college level.
